the staff were friendly and helpful on arrival which was acceptable
the room was not up to standard the shower doors swung open easily i thought they might break also the main door lacked an additional lock and light seeped in from the hallway around the frame i found this quite disturbing and not secure

i found the staff friendly and always happy to help. a nice restaurant was on site. easy walk to southbank and fish lane was possible. comfortable rooms for the price was a plus.
the room was old. i woke up with minor chemical burns on my face. the door to the balcony did not lock.

moldy groutlimited menu
the bathroom was pretty rough. the tile grout had mold, and honestly, it just reminded me of it needed a serious update. also, the restaurant's menu seemed super limited. the specials weren't really daily, like they advertised, and the food wasn't amazing, so i only ate there once. good coffee though, i will give them that.

I found my room very clean. The hotel also offers free on-site parking. The location are great because its near shops and restaurants.
My bathroom was outdated. Shower's sliding panel had issues, with water leaked. The bathroom tap was also loose.
