the staff were really good. holly and her team made check-in smooth and cute. sharon in the dining room arranged a breakfast tray to my room (such a thoughtful gesture!).
the pool got a bit crowded during peak hours.

The hotel's air conditioning worked perfectly. Always a win. the bar was relaxing and drinks were at reasonable prices. the leisure area had a super clean pool, sauna and steam room. the sauna and steam room were fantastic. I think they were a real perk.
The set menu had limited choices. I feel they should broaden them slightly.

the staff were friendly and helpful with bus route information. interactions were very pleasant and someone was always on the front desk. this made it easy to ask any questions i had.

The air conditioning in my compact double room was really effective! i liked that the breakfast included a wide variety of options. It set me up well each morning. the room was tidied daily and i appreciated that fresh towels were provided, though i prefer to reuse them to save resources. It made accessing upper floors much simpler.
the hallways echoed a lot! i could sometimes hear other guests walking past my door, which occasionally disrupted the quiet.

The swimming pool was a nice addition, and i saw that it included a shallow end for children. next to it i noticed the sauna and the steam room. I saw people using them. there were also changing rooms nearby.

the breakfast buffet featured both hot and cold options! i remember seeing pastries, cereals, and cooked items like sausages and eggs. i noticed there was a selection of juices, tea, and coffee available at all times.

i really enjoyed my stay the rooms were comfortable the bed was super cosy and the furnishings felt modern and well kept the air conditioning worked perfectly i loved the bar area it was a lovely spot to relax plus the drinks were reasonably priced which i found awesome i found the leisure area super clean the pool was nice for a quick dip and the sauna and steam room were fantastic it was a real perk
