There was no phone in the room so i could not contact reception about a broken light. the sink plug was also stuck. This meant i had to use dirty water. i was told maintenance was unavailable at weekends after a certain time. This seems impractical.

The breakfast selection offered amazing value, with both healthy and hearty options. The gym was very well-equipped, including multiple treadmills. I could maintain my workout routine. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure a wonderful stay. The room provided quiet comfort at night, a real haven after busy days.

The shower design allowed water to splash onto the bathroom floor. It's a minor inconvenience though it could use a longer screen.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were attentive to all our needs and answered any questions. The speedy reception ensured an easy check-in. This was a very efficient process. Staff demonstrated genuine care. It was clear during every interaction.

The swimming pool was a hit with my kids. They really enjoyed it. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool. I found the breakfast spread quite good, with lots of options for everyone. On-site Starbucks was a convenient bonus.

I noticed the room was quite warm when I first arrived. I would have liked a cooler room temperature.
