Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues
cold pool no air conditioning
The location suited my needs.
The pool temperature was far too cold. It was essentially unusable. I also found the lack of air conditioning in the room to be a significant problem, especially during warmer weather. There was no mini fridge either, which I consider standard for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

good choices attentive staff
The location was excellent. I was close to many shops and restaurants. The breakfast had good choices, including both hot and cold options, and I found the staff attentive and quick to replenish items.

the staff were very friendly, they really helped with everything. i enjoyed the breakfast.. it had fresh food with plenty of choices. the room faced the seafront, so i had a nice view.
the bath did not look too clean, so i skipped using it. the hotel felt outdated and very cold. it felt expensive for what it was.

convenient location prompt assistance clean room cute environment
I found the location to be convenient. The pier was just a short walk. Every staff member was amiable. They offered prompt assistance. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the daily servicing. The hotel has a very cute environment.
I noticed the gym's changing rooms felt slightly cramped for the number of users. This small detail did not overshadow the otherwise positive experience. Still, it is a minor inconvenience I observed .

The reception staff provided quick responses to my queries. They were knowledgeable about the local area. Housekeeping ensured my room was super clean each day. They followed my schedule. The concierge efficiently arranged transport and also provided useful directions.

worn furniture street noise
the breakfast was superb.
I found a couple of issues that bothered me. the room's furniture was quite worn. also, the noise from the street at night was terrible. I barely slept due to the noise and the wind whistling through the window gaps. i should have brought ear plugs.

big room helpful staff lovely choices
my room was big. it overlooked the sea and i liked that a lot. the reception staff were helpful, and , made my arrival smooth. breakfast included many choices.
the hotel didn't provide parking. i had to pay extra for public parking nearby. it cost a lot for just one night.
