mediocre stay with several issues

acceptable locationslow check-ininoperable window
the location was acceptable because it was close to many attractions.
check-in was slow I waited over 30 minutes to get a room despite arriving after the stated check-in time. the windows did not open . the bar was too crowded due to a conference so I could not relax there.
