Fantastic Hotel, Great Experience!
friendly team spacious room enjoyable stay
The reception team was friendly and very polite. The refurbished room was quite spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and everything the hotel offered.
The nearest parking was a bit costly.

wow! what a fantastic stay!
vegetarian options convenient location
The buffet breakfast had SO many options! vegetarian options were plentiful. the hotel location made it easy to get everywhere. Shops and the beach were so close!!!
the walk to my room felt very long. the bathroom looked outdated and could definitely use some modern updates.

Underwhelming Stay, Some Issues Noted
stuck heating missing taps
The heating in my room was stuck on. It was quite warm outside. This made it very uncomfortable. The bath lacked taps. Filling it required using a slow shower with a filter, a very tedious process.

large room sea view decent breakfast needed refurbishment outdated furniture limited service
the room was larger than i anticipated. i secured a double room sea view and it featured a balcony. the breakfast had decent quality and was of value..
i found the hotel needs some refurbishment. some furniture needs updating. also, my room was not cleaned daily and i had to collect toilet rolls myself when needed.

Awesome stay!
private terrace super clean hotel high service
Staff greeted me with smiles. I asked to switch rooms at reception. They upgraded me fast to a better room! It included its own private terrace. The entire hotel sparkled, spa experience was top. Everything was delivered at the highest level. I really liked it.
Finding my room was a little difficult because the hallways look alike.

My room had a huge balcony. The balcony featured seating for six people. The bathroom included toiletries and was quite clean, which I appreciated a lot, it was really nice.

managed garden classy dining room
the hotel had a well managed garden area. it also had a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony end of the garden. the food was amazing!!! the dining room was classy.
my room tended to be a bit noisy sometimes because it overlooked the car park.

The hotel is near the seafront, a bonus. I had a large room and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom included shampoos and vanity items. Staff was helpful .
The windows dont close properly.

Breakfast felt basic but still enjoyable was good. The price points were reasonable, allowing guests to have meals without straining their budget. Live music played in the lounge one evening.

Reception explained everything clearly during check-in. Sarvar was very pleasant at reception, so I felt welcome immediately. The staff maintained cleanliness and tidiness throughout the premises.
