The broken air conditioning was a joke. It's like they haven't heard of fixing things. my room reminded me of a sauna, honestly. and breakfast? a total disappointment. they skimp on the basics, it seemed. plus, the room size... let's just say i've seen larger closets.

The location is very convenient, a short walk from the station. I appreciated the free breakfast and the well stocked buffet. The staff were helpful and allowed us to sit in the foyer.
I found the room size for two adults and two children quite small. There was also no air conditioning.

limescale buildup no workspace
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby amenities.
the room i received was disappointing. the bathroom lacked a heated towel rail, and i found a significant limescale buildup. i also needed to work, but there was no designated workspace other than the bed.

friendly staff restaurant discounts
the staff was friendly and polite. the free parking was perfectly situated near the hotel. i got restaurant discounts at nearby quays shops.
the noise coming from the casino kept me awake. loud music and bass echoed through the night. this made restful sleep difficult.

shopping discount helpful list
The hotel provided a cheap parking deal in Gunwharf Quays. It was much cheaper than the daily rate. I also received offers and discounts for Gunwharf shopping and restaurants because I stayed at this hotel. A helpful list of participating companies sat at reception.
The coffee machine at breakfast seemed below standard, even if this is an express hotel.
