a DECENt stay, though not without flaws
friendly staff good room size soiled carpet stained duvet
the staff was very friendly and patient. i was happy with the room size. the bathroom was very clean.
the carpets were soiled and needed more regular vacuuming. the duvet had severe stains on it.

The hotel features a casino and games area that I enjoyed. The staff was accommodating, and evening entertainment included different musical bands. The breakfast buffet offered many options and was a great value. Free parking was available around the hotel following a one-way system.
I noticed the hotel's exterior looked a bit dirty and scruffy upon arrival.

I found the staff friendly. They assisted me when i requested a room change. the value for money was definitely amazing. the breakfast provided a generous selection! there was live music each night i stayed.
the hotel did not offer complimentary wi-fi in the rooms, a bit inconvenient.

The indoor swimming pool was clean and spacious and was available . there are ball rooms available. They accommodate up to 450 people. the hotel included a lift for easy access to all floors, i noticed.

The staff members that i interacted with were polite and efficient in their duties. the hotel is dog-friendly, i saw, accommodating guests traveling with pets. They were allowed. i found every staff member pleasant, happy and helpful.

Acceptable Stay with Issues
loud music inadequate towels
The hotel room was satisfactory for the price, so it met my basic needs.
The noise level was a real problem. I heard loud music from the bar area until late at night. I only found two small towels in the room after I arrived. This was not enough for two guests. It made it difficult to get ready for the evening.

the location was good, i easily walked to several shops. free parking was very useful. the onsite restaurant had good food. it was value for money.
the vending machines was out of order. i could not get a snack at night. it should be fixed soon.
