I had issues with housekeeping. My room wasn't cleaned when i returned at 4 pm one day. when i called, no one answered, i went downstairs to complain and was told cleaning was still happening. Staff didn't seem to care.

The breakfast was delicious, with a range of options. The beef bourguignon was lovely with mushrooms and mashed potatoes. The room was clean, and all staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel has a SEAFRONT location, close to many restaurants, about a 5-minute walk.
I noticed there was not a lot of milk available in the room.

My standard double room was in the adjacent wing and was roomy. The room was clean and WELL presented, I felt comfortable. The rooms have a good view of the sea from the bar, this added to the pleasant experience.

the room was spacious, a true delight. i found a great selection of drinks at the bar, this was quite romantic. the seafront location gave easy access to the beach, its perfection.
breakfast was a dissapointment, such a shame. the receptionist did not care about my problem, it's unforgetable. the chairs needed replacing or mending at the bar, they look bad.

i booked a signature king room. it had a bay window that gave a lovely sea view. the bathroom looks modern. the carpets look immaculate to me, i see nice wallpaper too.
The bar did not have soda water when i asked for some. They only had large bottles of spring water
