adequate stay with minor issues

large room great balcony range of cocktails hair issue cleaning delay rude cleaner
the room was large it included a balcony i found a record player in it too. i enjoyed breakfast dinner and drinks at the hotel all were fabulous. the hotel offers a wide range of cocktails the mango pina colada is particularly good.
the cleaner left some hair in our room it was in the bath and on the bed upon our arrival. the cleaner planned to clean our room on the second day so we went downstairs hours later she still had not cleaned our room. some time later she knocked loudly on our door she angrily asked if we wanted our room cleaned through the door.

warm staff king room breakfast buffet limited menu gym equipment weak wi-fi
the staff greeted me warmly and were very helpful. our classic king room had a great view of the sunrise each morning. the breakfast buffet was extensive and included fresh pastries.
the room service menu was limited and lacked variety. the gym had only a few pieces of equipment and felt cramped. the wi-fi signal was weak in certain areas of the room.

poor channel selection overpriced sandwich
the staff were amazing, helpful, polite and friendly.
The tv channel selection was poor, and streaming services were unavailable! i couldn't even use chromecast from my phone. The wifi network was absent. the sunday room service menu disappointed me, with limited options, my sandwich included just one ham slice, not roasted, and one small pickle. it was overpriced.
