The breakfast was really nice with different options. the room was comfortable and well-equipped. i especially liked the complimentary toiletries. They smelled lovely!!!

The parking cost was quite high at £27 per night. the hydrotherapy pool wasn't very clean. I saw an oily film on the surface. housekeeping didn't replace our used amenities.

Our room was upgraded when I arrived. It was a lovely room with an outside bath. I liked the view from there very much. The staff was cute and forthcoming.

The hotel took money from my account without advising me. The messages sent were misleading. The hotel did not provide any bowls for the dog.

Amazing Birthday Celebration!

sea view attentive staff delicious food

the staff were great. Poppy upgraded us to a beautiful sea view room for our birthdays. Lunch at the South Beach Restaurant was delicious, and Steven was attentive, especially with the nut allergy. We enjoyed a film in the cinema room and a meal in Harry Rocks, with wonderful service from Alexander.

The outdoor pool and sunbathing area felt a little small for the size of the hotel.

Excellent Restaurant and Room

excellent service comfortable bed

I enjoyed drinks at the south beach restaurant, with excellent service from Andre. My upgraded sea view room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the Mermaid shots of spiced dark rum were a nice complimentary touch.
