wonderful stay at the hotel
sea view friendly staff helpful staff attentive service
i liked the premier king room sea view. it had nice views. the gym features several treadmills. i liked the beach and attentive service. the staff are friendly and helpful.

the hotel has a beachfront location near the corniche. it is about twenty minutes from the airport by car. the area includes pretty gulf views and other hotels. there are many activities available here.

the concierge assisted with arranging excursions around town. the pool staff are amazing. the cleaning is impeccably. staff are always smiling and ready to help and it is a big plus.

mixed feelings about this hotel
lacking staff training mediocre breakfast
the gym was acceptable and had the equipment i needed.
The service was not great in the restaurants. I felt staff training was lacking. breakfast was mediocre. The pizza i ordered for dinner was one of the worst i have ever had. toothbrushes and other bathroom items were not automatically available. I had to request them.

small room bad service
the restaurant had many choices for breakfast so it was ok.
the room was small it is not like other rooms i have had in places like this. the curtains had a rip and the bed was really hard so i did not sleep good. the service was bad i dont think i will return.
