inadequate privacy slow restaurant service

I found several issues needs attention. The bathroom's glass door did not provide adequate privacy because its size are smaller than the frame. Restaurant service requires improvement. A request for greens with our omelettes took an unacceptable 30 minutes after the omelettes arrived. at 3 AM, emergency lights activated for no clear reason, and it took 35 minutes for staff to address it, without even a simple apology upon checkout next morning.
