a blissful escape

spacious room shaded spot poolside dining comfortable stay

the room was spacious with a separate bath and shower, i felt pure luxury. the pool area had many spots for lounging, providing both sun and shade. dining was convenient, with food and drinks available poolside. we enjoyed a comfortable stay, a lovely memory made.

The arcade games room felt a tiny bit outdated. This place could use something more entertaining.

terrible pressure missed service

the water pressure in the shower was terrible. it made rinsing off soap a real chore. also, the promised turndown service never materialized. this lapse detracted FROM an otherwise okay experience.

The resort had several restaurants. i dined at moana and it was really good, serving fresh seafood in a romantic setting! the room provided a serene escape. A tranquil haven. i particularly loved the pillow menu. It allowed me to customize my sleeping experience.

The check-in process was a bit slow. there was a queue, and it took about 25 minutes to get to the front. the gym lacked some updated equipment. i noticed only two treadmills were functional. I found that disappointing. the beach could use more shaded areas. there were limited umbrellas available. It.

excellent experience at the palm

perfect maintenance palm view rainforest shower

visiting in september, i found the air conditioning throughout the hotel kept it very cool. my upgrade to a palm view on the third floor gave a great perspective. the room included a large, well-furnished space and a great bath and wet room and rainforest shower arrangement (i really enjoyed the shower!).

i found the transition to using qr codes in every venue irritating because there were no proper menus.

the room contained a king-sized bed, a seating area with a sofa, and a work desk with an ergonomic chair, very useful. a private balcony offered views of the surrounding landscape and provided a relaxing space. high-speed internet access was available throughout the room.
