the location i find good, it was near many attractions. the staff members are really good, always smiling and ready to help. i deal with amin and chan at the reception desk and they are super helpful, they were nice too.
the breakfast was okay, but it was too crowded, it was not enjoyable. the servers wasnt very nice, their service not good. the iron wasnt work. it was broken.

bathroom door
also, the bathroom door didn't close properly. It was a bit awkward. there was a gap where you could see the toilet, not very private.

The housekeeping service was excellent, and Krishna was particularly helpful! The breakfast offered a good selection. I found the hotel to be conveniently located near many attractions and shopping. Taxis were readily available for getting around, which helped a lot.
I felt the hotel pushed upgrades and the dinner buffet a bit too much.
