Excellent Staff and Clean Rooms
attentive staffefficient cleaningaccessible wifi
the staff was very attentive and friendly. efficient cleaning was always available when we needed a towel or extra water. breakfast met the minimum requirements and the staff was always open to extra requests. wifi was also accessible on the beach and parking was always available.
The room was nice, but on day two, there was a slight odor, perhaps from drain problems or a mop was used. Reception sorted it out quickly.

the hotel provides a transfer to two popular malls, including mall of the emirates and dubai hills mall. guests receive four hours for shopping. this simplifies access to retail and entertainment options.

Mixed Experience at a Palm Jumeirah Hotel
inadequate soundproofinglimited options
I encountered a few issues . The soundproofing in the room was inadequate. I could hear noises from the hallway. the lunch and dinner options were limited (I expected more variety).

The staff was helpful and cute from arrival to departure. I arrived at 2am and the reception staff got me checked in quickly. They informed me I could be all inclusive the following day because i had missed my evening meal. The rooms are lovely and spacious. the balcony was roomy too.

The food on offer had a high standard with omelettes freshly made in the morning. Fresh soup and bread were available at lunch and evening meals along with many other options. Two on-site restaurants is a real plus.

The hotel offers free shuttle buses several times a day to the mall of the emirates. Dubai hills mall is also accessible via shuttle. From there, you can reach the burj khalifa. The hotel provided free water daily.
