The staff was very friendly and courteous. Mr Robin at the front desk was good, taking care of every detail for my stay. He made sure that my family felt comfortable. The food and drink are of a five star quality.

the team at la turca made every meal nice! moses's strawberry and banana smoothie serenade at breakfast was such a fun personal touch, it really started the day off right. nabin, imtiaz, sharazar john, and yusuf were also fantastic, their service always came with a smile!

The hotel is beginning to show its age. some fixtures had thick dust and i wrote in it on the table frame, it was still there after several days. housekeeping sometimes didn't clean the room until 5pm. That was frustrating with children needing naps.
