friendly staff wonderful food

i found the staff very friendly. the resort felt exclusive, yet it remained child-friendly. i really appreciated the wonderful food (the desserts were delicious).

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Mr Robin at the front desk was good, taking care of every detail for my stay. He made sure that my family felt comfortable. The food and drink are of a five star quality.

The rooms were outdated. They were poorly maintained. Basic amenities were missing. The air conditioning didn't work.

missing balcony lingering dust

The steak restaurant provided amazing food, a highlight of the visit.

I booked a sea view room, but it lacked a balcony. That was a deal breaker for me. Housekeeping did basic cleaning, though dust lingered on fixtures, even after I wrote in it on a table frame.

the gym had new equipment and plenty of strength and cardio options.

the room was cleaned most days after 5pm. the a la carte restaurants weren't available to book at desired times. (we were only offered 9pm initially.)

nice meal personal touch thick dust late cleaning

the team at la turca made every meal nice! moses's strawberry and banana smoothie serenade at breakfast was such a fun personal touch, it really started the day off right. nabin, imtiaz, sharazar john, and yusuf were also fantastic, their service always came with a smile!

The hotel is beginning to show its age. some fixtures had thick dust and i wrote in it on the table frame, it was still there after several days. housekeeping sometimes didn't clean the room until 5pm. That was frustrating with children needing naps.
