The kids loved the pool. It had great options. My room was well sized. It had everything I needed. Reception staff were very friendly.
The location is far from central areas. A car is necessary to reach activities. It took about 45 minutes of travel. Standard rooms have limited space.

i found the facilities very toddler friendly. the water park was especially great for kids (i recommend it!). the staff was amazing and checked us in early with an ocean view room.
during check-in, i observed that many families experienced delays. some families had lost reservations, and others had issues with their booked rooms.

the breakfast was delicious and had good variety, with more than one restaurant option. there was a separate kids' corner, and the staff were able to make me a penang curry.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, and they would go above and beyond. they checked us in early at 6am with an ocean view room, and the reception staff was awesome.

the hotel is located directly on the sea. the hotel is located near the airport, allowing a short transfer. aircraft fly over the hotel occasionally, however, this did not bother us.

the room was excellent, and featured massive double beds. the bathroom was interesting, and had a dedicated box for the toilet, preventing odors from spreading. our room also had balconies and all necessary amenities.

the hotel room included massive double beds, fitting our family comfortably. the water park had features perfect for kids. i found the staff helpful, checking us in early with an ocean view room. the reception staff was especially awesome with requests.
i noticed the dinner package lacked complimentary drinks. not even water was included.

the hotel is situated directly on a beach, including a large private beach area . i found the setting quiet and peaceful, helping with relaxation. the hotel is about 20-30 minutes from attractions by car.

constant noiseunhygienic bathroom
The location felt isolated. It was quite a drive to reach main attractions. the constant noise from nearby airport takeoffs was very irritating. also, the food quality was average, nothing special. the bathroom seemed not very clean. i found a hair on the bathtub edge, it was quite disappointing.
