the staff are helpful at the hotel and beach club. breakfast offers much choice and the service is excellent. lester kumar bhaskar and all the butlers worked hard to create a great holiday
check-in procedures were bad. i did not like the room upon arrival and the receptionist did not agree to cancel my reservation as expected. i was forced to pay for upgrade to move to a better room check-out procedures were also very bad

the breakfast had great variety and high-quality options. i found the great gym, great pool, and easy beach access really enjoyable. the chance to dine at the exquisite catch restaurant created a nice experience.
check-in was busy, and it was difficult to get attention (i waited a long time). there was no one in charge, and i had to insist on getting our room past 3:30 p.m. they definitely need more senior staff at check-in.

The breakfast was excellent I appreciated the selection of juices and smoothies.
The butler service was not as described on the website I did not have the same face every day and the complimentary coffee came once with no milk and another time half an hour early I requested things that were not done consistently.

The staff showed genuine warmth from arrival. tara at check-in was especially graceful, i felt at home instantly. chef kushan and his culinary team impressed me. Dinner at villa toscana and breakfast were really good. breakfast extended until 3 pm and late check-out were perfect.
i noticed a lack of initial welcome with refreshments. the warm welcome i anticipated seemed absent. upon entry, the setup for children caused concern. it was disappointing, especially considering the hotel's family-friendly reputation.

the superior sea view room included a comfortable king-sized bed and provided a great sea view. temperature controls worked very well, and the view was fine (especially at sunset). complimentary coffee service was prompt.

the hotel has a location near the sea. it is close to marina mall, i visited it. within 15 minutes walking distance, i found a mcdonalds and a big supermarket, that was useful.
