i really liked the cleanliness. the housekeeping team was fast and approachable. thanu, the supervisor, paid great attention to detail (i really appreciated that!). michael and naresh also provided excellent service, and i felt completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

i thought the location was a bit far out on the palm.

the hotel staff is very cute. special mention goes to the p. upendra team, specifically noman and sha. they cleaned our room twice a day every day (and they did a fantastic job!).
