kind staff real dedication perfect cleaning

i found the staff so kind. karina and bertha helped to find a solution to our demand. sadiq assisted , showing real dedication. surendra, arikul, and akahay were so helpful, too. the room was cleaned perfectly, so that was amazing.

the pool arrangement made NO sense. they do not have a swimming pool, but you can use sun bed at the beach. it is not near the swimming pool, so this made relaxing difficult.

my room included two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. a large balcony offered amazing views, so this was so cool. the bed was so comfy, i enjoyed it a lot.

the hotel had access to the sea, i liked that. a good restaurant was nearby, very close. the hotel was located next to the beach, i enjoyed the views. the architecture was interesting, so this was fun.

the rooms were spacious with a beautiful, big balcony that offered crazy views of the palm! the staff were mostly helpful and polite. i especially enjoyed the breakfast with its many buffet options and freshly prepared set menus. the beach club and pools added to the experience.

the location, while offering a restful break, felt far from many attractions. long taxi rides were often necessary to reach other parts of the area. this made spontaneous outings a little less appealing.

attentive staff quick service friendly demeanor clean room

I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. Surendra from housekeeping consistently provided requested items without delay. his friendly and helpful demeanor. dilip and bamila did a very good job, cleaning my room everyday.

The breakfast options were very basic. I expected more variety.

the staff were super nice. lalu and sifat kept our apartment super clean, really excellent! the reception team surprised us with an upgrade to a bigger apartment that included a fantastic terrace offering a beautiful view (what a treat!). i will return!

the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. i found some hairs in the bathroom and the floor seemed dusty. finally, the in-room coffee machine didn't work, so i had to go downstairs for my morning coffee.
