noisy air conditioning limited food variety
I faced some issues. The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy. I also found that the variety of food was limited (I wished there were more options).

friendly staff helpful staff cleaning service broken door old furniture
The staff was very friendly. The cleaning guys were particularly nice and helpful to me. I especially thank Ashraf al-sayed. He helped me from day one.
The rooms looked dire. The door handles were broken and furniture was old. I would not recommend it or go again.

amazing experience!
friendly staff clean rooms fine location amazing beach
i had such a great time here i can't wait to return! the staff members are friendly and helpful i especially enjoyed interacting with the animation team i felt very welcome there. the rooms were super clean and the location is fine with a beautiful coral reef. i also really appreciated how easy it was to get around and the beach was amazing.
the wifi was a bit spotty outside of the lobby but honestly it wasn't a big deal i was on vacation anyway!

the grill restaurant had an amazing team i was impressed with the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff there i liked the great variety of food and restaurants available i didn't even get to try them all.

there are so many options for pools it's easy to find one you like i also noticed there are lots of sunbeds available on the beach which is great you never have to worry about not finding a spot the hotel is very big.

i upgraded to a sea view and it was so worth it my room was spacious i loved that the cleaners came every day to make sure everything was tidy and i always felt comfortable. the room was lovely and always clean.

staff friendliness cute atmosphere convenient access
i found my stay particularly good. the staff's friendliness created a genuinely cute atmosphere. i especially appreciated the attentiveness of the cleaning staff. the location offered convenient access to nearby attractions i wanted to visit.
the wifi connectivity was occasionally spotty i noticed it mostly in the evenings

the beautiful double room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. a spacious balcony provided a nice seating area overlooking the gardens. the room included a mini-fridge stocked with water and soft drinks.

the pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section. the gym provided three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to nearby shopping malls at scheduled times.

the main restaurant offered themed buffet dinners each night of the week. the beachside bar served light snacks and refreshments until sunset. there were also three à la carte restaurants on site with different cuisines.

clean pools taxi service
the multiple pools were very clean. attentive staff maintained them daily. i also liked that the hotel provided a taxi service. i felt safe because of this service.
the buffet was very basic. i searched for plates often. the food was not very good. it did not heighten my holiday experience.

quiet spot attentive staff
i liked the many pools available i always found a quiet spot the hotel offered lots of sunbeds near the beach i found it relaxing i also enjoyed the fabulous snorkelling i saw friendly staff
the patio door lock in my room was held together with loose screws it needed fixing

clean room spacious area beautiful grounds
My room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly, a big plus. The pools were great, plenty of space to swim. The grounds are beautifully kept, nice for a stroll.
The Wi-Fi was available only in the lobby, not in the room.
