The resort gardens looked well maintained, a plus.
The food selection proved monotonous. Most dishes tasted the same after a few days. The lack of variety made meal times unexciting. I experienced significant delays during check-in and felt not greeted warmly upon arrival at the reception desk.

I enjoyed the well kept grounds and easy access to multiple pools. The staff always greeted us with a smile. I found Mohammed Ali at the pool helpful with towels and loungers. The food was delicious at Al Shallal. Chef Aarty is an excellent cook.

Staff members were attentive. They addressed our needs promptly. The housekeeping team kept our suite super clean and ensured we had fresh towels and amenities daily demonstrating really good service and attention to detail.

Excellent Service and Beautiful Grounds

The hotel is clean with beautiful grounds. It is right on the beach and has great pools. The staff work very hard from managers to gardeners. All have time to say hello. I loved the restaurant at lunchtime with views over the beach and sea. The guys there really looked after us .
The gym was open only limited hours. These hours were not convenient for me. I asked for the gym to open earlier, but that was impossible.

The hotel offers heated pools, volleyball courts, and spaces for soccer. Guests can also use the mini-golf and basketball facilities. The beach provides access to the sea from the shore and from a pontoon. The sand is fine.

Our Family Suite had modern décor and air-conditioning. It was spacious and overlooked the sea. The bathrooms are modern and well-kept. The rooms were spotlessly clean , and the air conditioning worked well.

The staff are friendly. They aim to fulfill your wishes where possible. Waiters are available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel provides a PADI dive centre for scuba diving with professional instructors.

the rooms were clean i noticed this immediately upon arrival it was a welcome sight
the food quality was not what i expected i found a distinct lack of variety i was also concerned about the air conditioning in all the rooms it was not effective the temperature was difficult to regulate and it made my stay uncomfortable
