The staff REALLY impressed me with their attentiveness. Upon arrival, I received a WONDERFUL welcome drink! The room was VERY clean, and I even got upgraded to a king-size room, and this SURPRISED me. Breakfast was Excellent , I especially appreciated the chef's hard work.

The area around the hotel is not particularly walkable , but taxis are readily available.

My King Beautiful Room Jacuzzi featured a jacuzzi bathtub , for a RELAXING soak after a long day. The room also included a mini-fridge and a flat-screen television. Ample closet space was available.

I found the pool area beautiful. The water temperature was perfect for a refreshing swim. Room service brought a delicious plate of food when I arrived late. This was above expectations. I appreciated the airport transfer organized through the hotel. The price seemed reasonable.

The hotel has a minor sound isolation issue between rooms.

The room was mostly fine. the bathroom though had a noticeable musty odor and i found some mold near the shower. it was difficult to fully relax because of this persistent smell. also, the soundproofing wasn't great, i could hear noise from the hallway late at night. It made it hard to sleep soundly.

The breakfast was fine. Nothing special. the jacuzzi in the room was nice, too.

the staff were not friendly and communication was difficult, i thought. most staff did not seem to understand english well. we had four rooms and wanted extra keys to avoid disturbing others, but the staff refused extra keys. it was annoying to explain a simple request and be met with such unhelpfulness.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with anything i needed. sevket really stood out. He remembered my name and my preferences! the hotel provided tea all day. This was a lovely perk. plus, i enjoyed one of the best burgers by the pool for dinner!

the walls seemed thin. i could hear some noise from the hallway at times. it was not a big issue but noticeable.
