the room had comfortable furniture and an amazing sea view i really enjoyed it. ms azza hallaq, guest relations manager, made sure every aspect of my vacays was enjoyable i appreciate that effort. the hotel is super clean and well-kept i liked that it was located minutes from the sea.
the bed was uncomfortable i could feel the springs it caused back pain. also, the pillow wasn't good.

the hotel is a short walk to the beach and close to most attractions it is situated in a quiet area i found this advantageous for relaxation and accessibility .

The room had a comfortable bed with quality pillows. I had a balcony offering a sea view. The air conditioning worked very well, providing effective temperature control. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful, friendly, and willing to help me..
The gym didn't play loud music, important to me, but some of the equipment could use an update.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a Whats app service for whatever you need. Alena goes the extra mile. The hotel has its own section at the beach. It is great.

i booked a standard queen room sea view for four nights, and it blew my mind! the hotel is super clean and super well kept. it is close to the sea and the airport. the breakfast was seriously delicious. azza from the staff was so kind and helpful! she ensured i felt comfortable and really were great too.!! the front desk staff gave me a complimentary starbucks drink. uğur from reception allowed me to check in super early with no charge. halil even helped me get a ticket for a local attraction. every single staff member was smiling and helpful!
