mixed experience with noise issues
poor insulation unarranged taxi
the hotel's location is central, convenient for exploring the city.
the noise insulation was poor and street noise kept me awake past 2:00 am. the receptionist did not arrange the taxi i booked and i almost missed my flight. the hotel also seemed poorly maintained.

central getaway
central location generous bedroom vast bathroom
the location IS excellent. it's right in the town center. the bedroom size was generous and the bathroom was vast. i appreciated the easy walk to the bus station.
a kettle was MISSING from my room.

the restaurant downstairs HAD fantastic food. the breakfast offered fruits. this was a welcome option for a light and healthy start to the day. i enjoyed the convenience.

my room was super clean. it was large. the ac and heater worked well. there were soft towels and many toiletries. the room was cleaned daily and new towels were provided.

the hotel is RIGHT in the center. it is up a quiet side street. its proximity to the city center was ideal. lots of amenities are nearby. i was close to everything.

good spot fresh coffee perfect location comfy beds
The balcony offered a good spot. I enjoyed the provided complimentary fresh coffee in the mornings. The location was AMAZING!!! It was central to the rail station, bus station, and shops. The air conditioning worked very well. The beds were comfy.
The lighting in the room was poor, especially at night, AWFUL!!!

Breakfast had GREAT value for money. They served scrambled egg and bacon mixed together. Fresh fruit and coffee were available, and staff were nice. It was a good experience.

adequate central stay
generous bedroom central location unlocked door insect issue
the bedroom was a generous size the vast bathroom had soft towels. the central location allowed easy exploration of the city on foot shops and restaurants were nearby.
i noticed a small black insect when turning on the lights soon after many ants came to feed on it. the exterior door was unlocked possibly allowing anyone access reception was not always staffed.

good location helpful staff
the hotel had such a good location. i found it easy to walk to many places. the staff was very helpful. i felt so welcome from start to finish. the tv in the room had netflix, which i found very comforting after long days.

decent location but some drawbacks
great location convenient location comfortable bed friendly staff maintenance need high noise late night noise wrong toilet seat
the location was great, very close to the marina. it was easy to walk to different restaurants and cafes (i really enjoyed the seafood!). the room was clean, i had a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the room needed some maintenance. i noticed a hole where the doorknob hit the wall. the noise level from nearby bands was high, especially late at night. i also found the toilet seat was the wrong size in the bathroom (a bit unpleasant).
