i had a wonderful time here the food options met my needs with endless delicious meals and desserts the staff remembered my name and greeted me the gym had everything i needed and i loved the fresh fruit and smoothies from alba they reserved dinners for the entire week upon arrival making everything seamless and easy

the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable i could hear toilet flushing and furniture moving but it was still manageable

the hotel is near various local attractions, and transportation is readily available there are several shops within walking distance, and the area feels safe and well-kept ensuring convenient access.

The gym was acceptable. It had a good selection of equipment.

My fridge didn't cool properly. maintenance had to come twice because the balcony door lock was stuck open. The door could not close. the hydrotherapy at the spa was not good. The massage felt rushed and i did not get the 80 minutes i paid for. it was very annoying

The staff are very friendly. They helped me in every way possible. Restaurants offered excellent food. Fresh towels were always available by the pool. I found someone to bring me drinks by the pool.

When departing, I was charged the environmental tax again despite having already paid it upon arrival.

The room featured comfortable bedding and super cleanliness. There were balloons and restaurant reservations arranged by Aline and Pingting for my birthday. The walk with Jered, the art tour guide, was excellent, and he explained all the sculptures politely.

The resort is well done, including the grounds, rooms, and dining facilities. Beach service included setting up beach beds. Beverage service was excellent. The beach was long and walkable with minimal seaweed and a roped-off water area.
