Our stay was a mixed bag. The hotel had a fantastic location near Universal Studios, making it super convenient for park visits. However, the rooms needed serious attention, as they felt dated and not as clean as expected. We had a few enjoyable moments with the friendly staff, but the service could be inconsistent at times, especially during busy check-ins. Overall, it was decent for a short stay, but not ideal for longer visits.
