My stay at this hotel had some ups and downs. On the positive side, I found the pool area to be very enjoyable and the overall atmosphere lively. However, I was unhappy with the aggressive sales tactics I encountered and the uncomfortable mattress that caused me a lot of back pain. The service at times felt lacking, especially in terms of responsiveness and communication regarding towels.
