charmed bayside stay

quick bell service prosecco welcome kitchenette amenities pretty bay views

the bell service was very quick. i received prosecco upon arrival, i was not expecting that! my room had a kitchenette with great amenities. the views of the bay from the hotel were quite pretty.

one of the elevators seemed a bit slow.

loud noise poor housekeeping

the pool and large rooms met expectations. they were spacious, bright, and had great mirrors.

i was disappointed with the noise. it is a party hotel, and i was woken up from 2-4am on the weekends by people shouting and slamming doors. housekeeping was another issue, towels and bins were not emptied daily.

I appreciated the large room size. The bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool area was awesome. I liked that the hotel offered non-smoking rooms. I also appreciated that the rooms did not have any unpleasant odors.

The hotel is a little far from some restaurants.

I loved the good location of the hotel. the pool area really stands out. It feels like a getaway. we loved the breakfast.. especially the fresh pastries.

the room cleaning was not up to par . fresh towels were late one day. i had to request service multiple times that day.
