outdated gym area unclean pool

the breakfast lounge had a relaxing view of the garden, it was acceptable.

I found the gym area to be outdated, also the pool did not appear clean. This was disappointing and warrants attention to improve the experience. The pictures online must be updated to reflect this reality.

unprofessional staff broken bathroom

The breakfast buffet was great. It had something different EACH day.

The staff wasn't very professional, sadly. I got a corner room at FIRST with a bad view (a superior room was my reservation, by the way). They moved me after three hours, but THE bathroom was broken. The toilet water was black and the shower only gave boiling water. Ants and insects were everywhere, too.
