huge selection different bar slow service clean linen

the breakfast offered a huge selection of foods. there were lots of different bar areas and places to eat. i found the grounds to be worth exploring if you want some quiet time.

the service around the pool was slow. the towels and linen provided in the room weren't always perfectly clean, which i found disappointing.

abundant fruit good breakfast friendly staff rushed check-in expensive food dark room

the breakfast was good. pastries and eggs were great. asian options and tropical fruit were abundant. the gardens are fine, a nice view. staff are always friendly and helpful, what i like.

the check in was rushed, i felt. the lady seemed flustered, i think she sped thru it. food quality was just okay. the food can best be described as expensive, bad. the room was very quiet and dark, it needs more lights.

gorgeous gardens traditional buildings fabulous variety adjustable air conditioning sun chair high food costs

the gardens were gorgeous. i enjoyed the traditional buildings with art all around. the breakfast had a fabulous variety of options.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't adjustable. getting a sun chair was nearly impossible after 10 am. food costs at the hotel were much higher than nearby restaurants. The same meal cost much less down the street.

a slice of heaven

immaculate garden peaceful escape fresh fruits inviting pools

The gardens were immaculate, a peaceful escape, so i loved walking through them each morning. the breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of fresh fruits and pastries available. the pools were clean and inviting. I spent hours lounging by the water. our ground floor room allowed easy access to the garden and beach.

the poolside service was a little slow, though the staff were always polite.

Staff members were always smiling and ready to assistwith a very cute atmosphere. They quickly addressed our needs with a genuine warmth. the concierge helped organize a private driver for a day trip, made exploring the island much easier. i appreciated their attention to detail

the hotel is situated right on the beach, which gave direct access to the sandy shores and beautiful ocean views. several restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so it was easy to explore the local area. being near the main street made transportation convenient.

fantastic stay!

beautiful garden varied pools beachfront location

the resort maintained beautiful gardens and ponds. pools were varied and featured small touches for children. i enjoyed the convenience of the beachfront location with a walkway to shopping centers.

the gym was quite busy during peak hours making it slightly difficult to access equipment.

The room provided two enormous beds. it was spacious. the room included air conditioning, which maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. I found this very helpful.

Staff were attentive but not intrusive. they provided excellent communication and were helpful. the staff were kind in arranging the return of a forgotten item. I really appreciated their consideration.

Breakfast offered many choices. i really enjoyed the pizzeria. It was really good. the resort provided proper food and variety for dinner during cocktail hour, very satisfying!
