infinity pool beach location egg selection excellent service
I enjoyed the infinity pool that faces the ocean. I liked having the beach so close to the hotel too. The breakfast had a lovely egg selection. The service I received from staff was nice and excellent.
The pillows provided in my room were too big for my comfort.

friendly staff fabulous room divine pool area nice garden
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. my room was fabulous. i also liked the pool area. It was divine. breakfast was yummy with lot of options. the hotel also has a nice garden i could walk in.
the bed was a little firmer than what i like, but it was okay.

breakfast included many varieties and tasted delicious. the restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. service was fast. i also saw they have themed dinner events some nights with balinese cultural performances.

the infinity pool offers ocean views. it also features many sun loungers and shaded areas. the hotel provides direct beach access. the fitness center includes treadmills and stationary bikes and free weights.

Check-in was efficient and friendly. the staff quickly responded to requests. housekeeping kept my room very clean. i got a late checkout. This made my departure much easier.

I adored the infinity pools and immaculate grounds! complimentary snacks in my room were a good touch. nika, a breakfast server, was really good. She remembered my name, room number, and was very personable. i felt so welcomed each morning!
