superb stay!

The location was perfect. Away from the busy port area. the staff showed very nice friendliness and were very helpful. the beach was beautiful with lots of turtles visible every day. i enjoyed the beach movie nights! breakfast had so many delicious options. The food was AMAZING!!!

my air conditioning had a funny smell when i arrived. the hotel team sorted that out quickly. i think a more comprehensive maintenance schedule could prevent this.

strong mildew smelllong queue

My room smelled strongly of mildew. i had to request a room change after the first night, inconvenient. the breakfast buffet food wasn't always hot. there was often a long queue for the egg station and the coffee machine was frequently out of service. This meant finding alternative caffeine sources was necessary.
