Excellent Stay at Sadara
spacious room swim-up bar movie nights
Our room was a spacious Sadara Premier Room. The bathroom and shower area looked great. The balcony had two bed loungers and ample space. The pool has a swim-up bar, and I found the staff to be very attentive. They also had a white screen outdoors for movie nights.
The restaurant food and bar cocktails lacked flavour for me. I also observed lots of mice running around the outdoor restaurant area. Some wooden floor slats around this area are broken and are a trip hazard.

Breakfast has a wide selection. Pastries and fresh fruit are offered. You choose a fruit juice, a coffee or tea, and any breakfast item from the menu. The food I ate was great.
Service

The staff is very attentive and relaxed. They offer free coffee and cake in the afternoon. The range of seating and day beds around the pool is fantastic. Spa facilities were lovely, I have to say.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service
spacious room comfortable bed attentive staff
I appreciated the spacious room. It featured a comfortable king-size bed. The balcony had two loungers and offered nice views (I enjoyed relaxing there in the afternoons). The pool was fine with a swim-up bar. The staff were very attentive and relaxed, a great combination.
The beach area near the hotel wasn't ideal for swimming. There was noticeable seaweed along the sea edge and some plastic debris. I hope they increase beach cleaning efforts.

The staff are attentive. They are proactive in addressing needs. They provide prompt assistance and create a cute atmosphere for all guests (I really felt at home here).

Breakfast included a selection of pastries and fresh fruit. Guests can choose from a menu of breakfast items. coffee or tea and fruit juice. The presentations of every meal were visually appealing and appetizing.

very charmed stay
great bonus clean beachfront
breakfast had a great selection of fruit and pastries. main dish options included eggs, prepared very well. i enjoy the swim up bar, i dont have problems at all.
staff were friendly if i catch them first. the staff often dont pay attention, i struggled to order. also, they dont sell bintang beer, it is a simple but very important thing.

afternoon tea included coffee and delicious cake. the restaurant food was very tasty and the customer service i got from all the staff was top class. ari was very attentive and greeted everyone with a smile.

the hotel area has a well maintained garden. the pool is very beautiful with amazing beach views. there is much space for resting next to the pool with beds and umbrellas. i really appreciate the service.
