Adequate Stay with Some Disappointments

broken hanger closed bar

The room showed its age (perhaps prematurely). A broken towel hanger existed, a detail one might overlook normally, but it contributed to the overall impression. The poolside bar was closed. To get beach towels and safe keys, I had to trek to reception. I mentioned to the reception staff that the air conditioner remote needed new batteries, they were unconvinced. (Maybe they thought I was making things up?)

fine view spacious suite average cleanliness high price

i booked the suite sea view and it was spacious. the view was fine and i loved waking up to that scenery. the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful too. i enjoyed the quiet.

the cleanliness was not perfect. i noticed dust everywhere and the floors did not seem very clean. some small details need more attention. i found the price a little high for what you get.

Decent Stay, Some Issues

limited selection shower malfunction

The food was frankly disappointing. I found the selection limited and the taste underwhelming (I definitely did not look forward to the meals). The shower situation also needs addressing. The overhead shower didn't work, and the other one was positioned so low I had to hold it while washing. I also found the lack of beach towels inconvenient, especially given that the hotel doesn't really have its own beach. You must pay for them which is odd.
