Fantastic Stay!

spacious room comfortable bed proactive staff tasty snack

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms. EVERYTHING was super comfortable and clean. The staff proved attentive and proactive (I was impressed!). Our requests were handled with no delays, and the fried chicken was delicious.

The breakfast buffet became slightly repetitive after a few days. It still offered a good selection, but I noticed less variety toward the end of my stay.

The hotel features two pools, with one dedicated to families and another geared toward adults wanting a quieter environment. I SAW an on-site spa provides various treatments, and the gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes. I could see the meticulous maintenance efforts.

a decent stay.

large suite huge bed soft pillows noisy aircon leaking ceiling dirty pool

the suite was large at 70m. the bed was huge. pillows were soft. the hotel is close to the beach and restaurants.

The air con was too noisy for overnight use. i noticed a leaking ceiling from the aircon. the pools were not cleaned regularly. My husband asked a staff member to remove debris.
