varied breakfast friendly staff clean hotel limited lounges slow service

i was so happy with the breakfast it had plenty to choose from the beach was very close i swam a lot the pools were good i tried all four. the staff were very friendly they always smiled everyone was helpful i felt so relaxed there. the hotel was clean it was immaculate the staff really cared for us

the service at the restaurants was slow i wanted drinks but no one followed up i waited a long time. there was no pool side service for drinks

The hotel features lush gardens. The beach access is direct. I liked the restaurant and superb cocktails on the beach. There was good food and drinks at hand.

The hotel features pleasant staff. They are helpful to a good degree. Breakfast provides much variety with both local foods and juices. I had excellent omelettes.

separate sinks free bikes

My room included two separate sinks. it HAD a rainfall shower. I used the free bikes to ride around the area.

The tennis courts were fully booked all of the time.

mixed feelings about this place.

cold items cracked paving

the breakfast buffet. it was okay i guess, but definitely not amazing. the coffee was weak, the fruit tasted bland, and some items were cold. there weren't enough staff, so dirty plates piled up everywhere. also, the cracked paving around the pool? not cute.
