The location was decent. I could easily reach various cafes and shops. The team was kind and helpful. The place was clean and tidy.
The shared bathrooms came as a surprise. I found this misleading since the information was in small print. The room walls were thin. I could clearly hear my neighbours.

the staff was helpful and gave cafe recommendations. the room and bathrooms were clean. the room was nicely decorated. it had everything i needed.
there were no luggage racks and only one chair, so we put our suitcases on the floor. it was an undesirable oversight. a guest carried out a zoom call from the stairwell early in the morning. also early morning trucks were making a racket.

convenient access handy feature local shops
the location offered convenient access to local shops and restaurants. it was also easy to catch the 333 bus on bondi road. a mini fridge in the room was a handy feature.
The walls seemed a little thin. I could sometimes hear neighbors.

I found the room very clean. The check-in process was straightforward. It is a great location for business trips or couples. I would consider staying here again (if available).
I think that some air fresheners in the shared bathrooms would be beneficial. It would help to keep them smelling fresh between cleanings. This is a minor detail, but it would improve the overall experience.

helpful staff fantastic recommendation in-room fridge free laundry
i found the staff to be so lovely and helpful. they gave me fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants. the room had a fridge which i used and a tv with NETFLIX. the free laundry facility was super useful too.
The shared bathrooms were unexpected even though it was on the website. I overlooked the fine print.

easy access bondi junction friendly staff member helpful person single chair undesirable oversight loud guest
The location is FANTASTIC. It allows easy access to Bondi junction. The front desk staff member was very friendly. This person was super helpful.
There was only one chair in the room. I had to put my suitcase on the floor. It was an undesirable oversight, easily rectified. A guest held a zoom call in the stairwell at 3:30 am. This person spoke VERY loudly.
