The staff was nice and helpful , which I appreciated
I encountered a cockroach in the room it was unsettling. The bathroom looked quite old and not particularly clean I found this disappointing. the thin pillows were not comfortable. I needed more support during the night.

The room was a good size. There was space to move around and sort out our stuff. the bathroom was also a good size.
the shower was a nightmare. drainage was terrible and the floor was soaked. more towels and pillows were needed.
