Solid stay near vieux port
fast check-in necessary amenity complimentary coffee
The check-in process was quick and easy. The room had all necessary amenities, including good bedding, air conditioning, decent towels, and a tv. Free coffee is available by the reception (a nice touch!).
The room doors slammed easily, waking me up occasionally as other guests entered and exited their rooms throughout the night. this noise disrupted my sleep.

The morning staff was helpful. Andrea was very nice and provided great assistance. Other staff members were also friendly and accommodating (a real asset to the hotel).

infrequent refilling damaged door
The breakfast was quite basic. Refilling was infrequent. burnt croissants was on the buffet. our bathroom door looked damaged. It seemed someone had kicked it repeatedly. additionally, there was no refrigerator in the room.

the reception staff were pleasant and helpful. i appreciated the cleanliness and the basic necessities provided. the location allowed easy walking access to nearby areas.
