The apartment space was great. I had enough room to relax and unwind. The food at the sugar apple cafe was good. I enjoyed the meals. The child's pool was fantastic. It was well-kept and safe for kids.

I had a one bed suite that smelt strongly of damp. The manager offered some fabrezze, though it didn't help. The beach is a thin strip of sand next to a very noisy road. It's not ideal for spending time there.

Acceptable stay

The three pools at this hotel gave us options for a swim. The upper pool was always quiet. The villa had a nice garden view, I thought it was spacious.

The room had a damp smell. It seemed strong.

i stayed in a junior suite for four nights and it exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious. it was VERY well equipped. i really liked the welcome treats. the hotel restaurant, hut and stede's bar was conveniently located on site. i loved the beautiful gardens.

the view photo on the advert was a little misleading. my view was lovely. it didn't represent what i had thought i would be seeing.

the passionfruit suite provided excellent privacy in the bedrooms. the suite included a large communal living room. the top floor provided sea views with a fine sunset. there were muffins, cream cheese and jam. milk in the fridge when i arrived.

damp smell loud noise

The suite had a noticeable damp smell, irritating. The staff offered air freshener as a solution. It did not work! Loud noise from neighbors upstairs began early at 6 AM. That disrupted sleep. I wanted a relaxing experience, but the noise ruined it.
