slow room serviceroad noise

The room service was quite slow. I ordered a drink and it took almost an hour to arrive. also, the noise from the nearby road was more noticeable than i expected, especially at night. it made it a little difficult to sleep soundly. i hoped for better soundproofing. the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, resulting in slow response times.

the room was clean and well-equipped. the kitchen had everything i needed for basic self-catering. ample seating and loungers were available near the beach.

i arrived late and could not find any food. the air conditioning in my room was not very effective. the service charge added to every bill seemed excessive.

The ground floor room outside the adult pool was good. rooms were super clean and cleaning occurred every day, windows included. i admired the beachside view from the restaurant. All staff were attentive and polite. they worked hard to accommodate guests.

The restaurant had very good food at a reasonable price. i noticed daily specials offered variety. the beachfront location provided nice scenery while eating. I saw two happy hours at the bar, at 12 pm and 5 pm.

The hotel offers direct beach access. i observed two pools plus a jacuzzi area. i also saw a gift shop available on site. There is also a washing machine and dryer , tokens are available from reception.

the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. i found responsiveness in all interactions. i noted one member of staff did not smile or ask how my meal was, but other employees did a good job overall.

This location is right on the beach. st lawrence gap and oistins are within easy reach. i noticed a major supermarket nearby. one can easily catch a zr to bridgetown to explore the rest of the island. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel.
