The check-in process was seamless and fast. I liked the rooftop bar, because the panoramic views of the surroundings are really excellent. The food at the all-inclusive was varied and fresh, which I found very satisfactory. The hotel's cleanliness stood out to me. My room was super clean and well-kept.
Sometimes the waiting times were a bit lengthy.

The location was convenient. It was only 5 minutes to the beach and promenade.
The glass bathrooms lacked privacy. You could see each other shower and use the toilet, even from the bed. The door to the toilet was not a full door and did not close properly, so you could hear everything.

The room was very modern with a nice view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was great. Staff members were friendly and facilities were good. I found it great value for a four star hotel.

i found the location to be excellent, especially its proximity to the beach! the buffet offered a wide selection of food, which i appreciated. cleanliness was maintained to a high standard throughout my stay, ensuring a very pleasant environment. the pool area featured many sun loungers and umbrellas, made relaxing by the pool very comfortable. though the parking was expensive.
the bathroom design included a glass cabinet with partial frosting, which compromised privacy somewhat, it made sharing the room less comfortable.

inadequate cleaning
this was especially frustrating during peak times. also, the room cleaning wasn't thorough, and a couple of times i had to ask for fresh towels. it's annoying to have to chase up basic things like that.
