Excellent Beachfront Hotel Experience
perfect location really good staff fine view good service
The location was perfect near the beach. I found the breakfast service in the main hotel bar to be very good. The sushi restaurant had really good staff. The view I experienced from my room was fine overlooking the sea.
The noise isolation in the rooms was not great I could hear corridor activity. The entrance door slammed shut due to draughts. The bathroom door in my room did not lock properly which was a minor issue.

The pool temperature was perfect it was also clean with clear water. The hotel is very close to restaurants on the beach. Taxis to museums are readily available, providing convenient transportation.

The restaurant buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. I saw a fine selection of fresh fruit and cakes. The menu was inclusive offering various choices for all dietary preferences.

The room quality I experienced was really good with fantastic amenities. The room cleaning service was very efficient. I found extra soft toppers at hand for the beds to adjust the firmness.

Wonderful Stay Near the Beach
beach location excellent service excellent staff gorgeous view
The hotel's location near the beach was really convenient. I appreciated the excellent service I received at breakfast, the pool restaurant, and the main hotel bar. The sushi restaurant was really good and the staff was excellent. The view from my room of the sea and beach was gorgeous
The noise isolation in the room wasn't perfect. I could hear sounds from the corridor sometimes.

The hotel features an enormous pool with clear water at a perfect temperature, and it looked very clean. I noted its easy access to nearby restaurants on the beach. Commuting to museums was easy via taxi or Uber.

The room quality was really good, and housekeeping ensured it was fantastically clean throughout my stay. It included fantastic amenities which contributed to a five-star experience. The provided bed toppers allowed adjusting the bed's firmness.

amazing pool friendly staff cigarette smell check-in issues
i loved the pool. the main pool was amazing and refreshing after a day exploring. the staff was really friendly.. david, the pool guy, was helpful.
check-in presented some initial problems. i was given a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes twice and i had to wait for a room change. this delay unfortunately consumed a significant portion of my day..

beachside bliss
spacious room superb view delicious meal
the room was spacious it had a superb sea view from the terrace i spent hours watching the waves and feeling the gentle breeze the nearby paella restaurants offered delicious authentic meals i particularly enjoyed the seafood paella and the charming atmosphere. the hotel offered easy access to the beach it made morning walks along the shore convenient i loved collecting seashells and enjoying the sunrise.
the pool attendants allowed guests to reserve sunbeds early it meant many beds remained unused for hours this practice was disappointing i wish they enforced the one hour rule more strictly to allow all guests fair access.

Excellent Beachfront Experience
perfect location good service clean water sushi restaurant
The breakfast offered good service and a fine selection of fruit. The main hotel bar also provided really good service. The pool's temperature was perfect and the water was clean. The sushi restaurant and staff were really good.
The noise isolation in the rooms was almost nonexistent. You could hear everything happening in the corridors and the entrance door kept slamming because of draughts. The bathroom door in our room did not lock.

slow wifi worn furnishings
The wifi did not function well. I expect fast wifi when paying a premium price per night. The rooms seemed dated. I noticed some wear on the furnishings. It needs some upgrades to meet expectations at this price point.
