shower mildew weak water pressure

The hotel location was great. however , the room was a bit of a letdown. i noticed the shower grout had some mildew , and the water pressure was quite weak. also , the soundproofing wasn't great . I could hear noise from the hallway quite easily.

missing cover cold breakfast

The room was very spacious.

The quilt lacked a cover. There was just a sheet quilt and another sheet over it. The heating did not work. The TV also did not work last night, and reception did not answer after two calls. Breakfast was cold and of poor quality. Supplies were low, with only one staff member more occupied with talking than working.

Excellent Beachfront Hotel!

friendly staff super clean room comfy beds central location

The reception staff were friendly upon arrival. My room was super clean and included fresh towels daily. The beds were very comfy. I had restful nights. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions!

The elevator service was a little slow at peak times though this was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel staff was happy to help and provided excellent assistance with directions and local recommendations. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff was available 24 hours. This offered peace of mind. I appreciated the helpful service.

My room had a lovely big terrace. I enjoyed sunbeds provided on the balcony, overlooking the beach. The room included toiletries. I found them lovely. The room was the perfect size for my stay.

missed housekeeping slamming doors

the room had a safe and a fridge. there were very nice restaurants nearby.

the housekeeper did not clean my room for three days (i thought that was part of the service). they just made the bed and did not change towels. toiletries were not refilled and the room was very noisy. doors were slamming all night.
