charming stay!

good hotelthoughtful touchesfriendly personuncomfortable environment
i found the hotel by pure luck, and i'm so happy i did. it felt so cute, with so many thoughtful details! i noticed the piano and opera music, also the amazing artwork. i especially loved the treats by the pool! fritz was also very friendly and helpful.
i thought the gym could use some improvement. the air conditioning wasn't working well, and some equipment needed maintenance. it was a bit uncomfortable to work out in that environment.

the hotel features two pools including a rooftop option. there is a bar with music available in the evenings. the library and curated bedside book selections are nice additions for a more relaxed stay.

i liked how the hotel displays a rotating art collection. lindsay, a staff member, offered a passionate tour and shared details. the lobby often featured live music with local artists, and the staff was always very helpful.
the room i had was a bit SMALL. it definitely seemed like i paid a high price. the shower tap was old and i struggled with the temperature, but it eventually was fixed.

my room was far from satisfactory. the bathroom fixtures looked old, there were traces of wear on the floor. the room was too small. restaurant prices were excessive compared to other restaurants on the same street and the service felt unprofessional.
