decent locationinattentive staff
the location was decent, i suppose.
The staff seemed kinda out of it. Like, i had to flag someone down just to get a drink at the bar! the room above mine seemed to be falling apart, seriously?

The heated pool with a sea view was acceptable. They even gave complimentary ice cream poolside.
The shower in my room lacked hot water for both nights. The cold tap actually broke off the first night. i asked for trousers to be laundered by 2pm the next day. The answer was no, so i had to find a laundromat myself! it was quite an ordeal.

The breakfast had a wide CHOICE and alternatives were on offer.
The checkout service was upsetting and RUDE. Our room door opened without a knock, ignoring the DND sign. It happened multiple times. The hotel only had two irons , made it difficult to get one. The hotel lacks a microwave, inconvenient needing to warm food.

The customer service was amazing. the staff were very helpful. my son loved the poolside. The hotel offers complimentary fruit sticks at the pool, a sweet touch. the hotel staff recognized us and thanked us for returning, and upgraded us to a cabana. It was greatly appreciated.
The hotel only had two irons, this made it difficult to get access to one. It was quite ridiculous.

The hotel is ideally located right by the ocean. excellent restaurants and shopping are in the vicinity. pleasant walking is possible straight from the hotel. It is a nice area.

staff was friendly and the valet service was swift. the breakfast was excellent WITH A large variety. the room was clean. it had thoughtful surprises.
the room did not feel like a 5 star standard. the bathroom seems outdated and THE tiles need an update. the shower had A small shower head.
