large rooms mountain views helpful staff
the rooms are larger than i thought. beautiful views of table mountain are seen from the room. staff was helpful with everything, especially siya, he organised a 5am transfer for me at short notice.
the breakfast bread was very poor and of low quality.

Wonderful Stay with Thoughtful Touches
seaside view helpful concierge enjoyable food safe environment
I had a lovely room facing the sea with a great balcony. The hotel felt cute and safe. Security was present 24/7. Concierge staff hailed Ubers and noted license plates, a very thoughtful service! I found the food enjoyable and the gym and pool area were a nice bonus to my stay.
I experienced a slight overcharge at the bar one evening, which I resolved, though it was a minor inconvenience.

superb coastal stay
robben island view friendly staff comfortable bed great choices
the room had a sea facing robben island king setup which was lovely. the breakfast offered great choices, including ginger shots (a nice touch!). i found the staff quite friendly and helpful with all my requests. my room had a comfortable bed and was very clean.
The soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear some traffic noise even with the windows closed.

lovely experience
relaxation places warm staff room location
The three places for relaxation offer different environments. i visit each area to experience something new. the staff welcomed us warmly and the room have value. the room location was near my family. This was important to me.
i find the windows without a balcony. it was a little disappointing since a view enhance the stay.

convenient location undercover parking poor sound-proofing faulty air conditioner
I found the location to be very convenient. It was close to several attractions. The undercover parking was a great bonus. I also appreciated the easy access it gave me.
The windows did not provide adequate sound-proofing. Traffic noise was clearly audible. The air conditioner was not fully functional. That impacted the overall comfort of the room.

cockroach infestation bland food
The room was well-equipped and clean.
I found cockroaches walking all over the bread during breakfast. The food tasted very bland. Turn down service only included putting two peanut snacks next to the bed. Items went missing from the room.

Fantastic stay with fine views
spacious room abundant breakfast
The room was spacious with a beautiful view. Breakfast was abundant, with many tasty choices. The gym had adequate facilities. I experienced friendly and helpful staff. They even allowed me to check in early.
The WiFi connection was unstable . It made it difficult to stream videos. I hope they address this issue soon.
