Decent Stay with Minor Issues
kind staff helpful staff modern room beach proximity delayed check-in poor room service incomplete room service menu issue
The room was neat and modern. I liked that. All the staff members were very kind and helpful! The hotel is close to the beach. That is a plus. I booked a standard room facing the beach side.
My check-in was delayed by two hours, I didn't appreciate this. The room service the evening was poor in execution, unfortunately. It was incomplete and not in accordance with the menu, it was very dissapointing.

the room was clean, that was acceptable.
The room overlooked the parking lot, i thought it would face the ocean. It did not! the breakfast buffet was chaotic.

surprising stay at a good hotel
duplex room helpful staff fair prices
the duplex room was great. i found the staff friendly and helpful too. the krystal spa has fair prices. i did enjoy their massages and can recommend it.
the one toilet seat in the room was broken when i got there. i did told the front desk and it was fixed fast. the walls had dirty tiles so it could be better.

i found the restaurant on the boardwalk very good. the food is good value and beautifully presented. the prices was reasonable too, it was charming.

the pool was great and i enjoyed it. the gym had equipment for exercise. i think the facilities i used were very satisfactory and i found it good.

the room was a nice size and it was very clean the breakfast offered many options at the buffet and it was all delicious
